All the forthcoming text, illustrations, and media are based on this “brand identity”, “high concept”, or “seed”.

These words, phrases, and paragraphs are like crafting a log-line or an elevator pitch. Imagine you have a movie idea and, by accident, you meet a movie producer in an elevator. You only have 30 seconds to pitch your idea to him. One of the key elements we develop is the USP, Unique Selling Proposition (also known by other names). This phrase or paragraph serves as the cornerstone of future branding and facilitates a cohesive message across your media.

Working with you as the “Subject Matter Expert” means I don't need to be well-versed in your field or subject of expertise—because you are the expert. I can assist you in writing in your own voice, within your specific area of expertise. It's similar to a journalist conducting an interview for an article or radio show. For example, during my collaboration with Bio Rad Labs, I worked with scientists specializing in molecular biology and genetics. Although I had limited knowledge about these subjects, I quickly familiarized myself through study and interviews. This allowed me to create effective text and media tailored to each scientist's specific area of work.

Short and simple and clear

Crafting something short, simple, and clear often requires more effort than creating something longer and more complex. Search engine ranking relies on solid, concise text that is relevant to the topic. We naturally produce valuable text and can optimize content for search engine optimization. When it comes to websites, we must write headings, subheadings, menus, captions, keywords, and key-phrases that condense meaning into concise text strings. We specialize in crafting impactful phrases and paragraphs that convey the essence of your business brand or message.

Instructional design integrating text, animations, and video

Designed marketing, e-learning media, animations and video. I worked with a group of about 15 scientists creating media specifically for their new bio-tech products.

Multimedia instructional design

The work at Bio-Rad Laboratories and McKesson Corporation was very similar. At Mckesson I was part of a team of learning specialists, we completed twenty-five detailed courses from scratch.

Tesla-on-call came to me for a site redesign and text rewrite. We came up with this simple and elegant expression.

Interactive Instructional Animation and Audio

I worked with Daniel from Radiant Life Medical Clinic, to develop an animation that clarifies the conductivity practice taught by Adi Da Samraj. I created the graphics and animations, as well as editing the audio. And we wrote this summary outline that became the user interface.

I worked swith Barbara for almost a year developing the websites for her books at PalmerPickering.com, and MythologyPress.com. Drawing upon my experience and study of Japanese Budo, I also consulted with her for the fight scenes in one of her books.

Designed website and co-wrote text

We began organizing the content including some photographs, descriptions. We discovered the core business statement, what we called a USP (universal selling proposition). It is your unique voice, what is unique about your offering and process that differentiates you in the marketplace, and is your inherent advantage. This is the beginning point of branding.

I created wireframes. Then compositions in Photoshop. We brainstormed back-and-forth and that developed into a fully functional website.

Understanding the Truth Hidden in Indigenous and Shamanic Cultures

An Introduction to, and commentary on, the work of Dr. Lynne Kelly, in particular the book The Memory Code.

The Druids sang the songs to activate a secret ancient technology. It sounds strange, but truth can be stranger than fiction. 4,000 years ago, before any written language, preliterate Aboriginal people sang to the standing stones at Stonehenge. They sang the songs to read and write scientific knowledge to a sophisticated computer data-base contained in the stone circle. Sounds like a sci-fi movie plot? Or perhaps a magic-trick?
